Full Time Operations Support
Hiring Manager - Dianne Huelsman
The Operations Support Associate  will be responsible for learning a wide array of Operations Department functions including, but not limited to, accounts payable, retail and commercial product and service offerings, exceptions processing, wire transfer processing, and regulatory compliance with respect to the Bank Secrecy Act.    This individual may be asked to train fellow associates as needed to ensure staff possess the necessary skills to understand and execute bank wide services and products.   Superior internal and external customer service skills are a must.  The position will also require assistance in the completion of all daily responsibilities of the Operations Department, including completion of audit request items, processing of journal entries, and the handling of sensitive customer relations issues.  Bachelor’s degree is preferred.  For more information, please contact dhuelsman@fnbmanhattan.com.

Full Time Electronic Product Specialist
Hiring Manager - Jamie McCormack
This associate will be dedicated to learning, teaching, and selling the bank’s products.  The Product Sales Specialist will develop a full knowledge of all electronic and deposit products the bank is utilizing.  This person is responsible for various branch and customer services duties that may include; opening new accounts, setting up online banking and other electronic products, and trouble shooting any issues customers may be having.   This person will be the lead contact on large commercial relationships.  This person should be an independent self starter with the ability to cross sell bank products to customers.  This will involve outside sales visits to clients.  The Product Sales Specialist should stay abreast of new and emerging products and delivery channels that the bank may want to explore.  This person should be capable of exploring marketing strategies for new and existing bank products.  This person may be asked to lead special community service projects.  Bachelor’s degree is preferred, computer skill required.  For more information please contact jmccormack@fnbmanhattan.com.

Full Time Teller/CSR
Hiring Manager - Theresa Ellis
