Full-Time Teller Manager
Hiring Manager - Jamie McCormack
We are actively seeking a full time Teller Manager.  This associate provides supervision of day to day teller operations.  Coordinates with management to ensure teller procedures are followed.  Provides guidance to tellers and leads in decision making on the teller line.  Ensures proper cash and staffing levels for the branch.  Supervises work time for tellers and reports hours worked for payroll.  Performs branch scheduling for optimal coverage.  They serve as a customer service representative to open new accounts and help with e-banking issues.  This associate always provides excellent customer service. The Teller Manager supervises assigned associates which will include periodic performance reviews and job counseling.  The associate also supervises branch security and is able to open and close the branch.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalency required.  Skills:  Previous banking teller experience required.  Customer service new account opening experience required.  Previous supervisory experience required.  Strong computer skills with Word/Excel required.  Strong ability to lead and make decisions, detail orientation ability to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.  Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical.  Ability to quickly learn all there is to know about the products and services offered by the bank.   Must be proficient in the bank’s digital channels and able to assist customers with issues.  Must be flexible with ability to adapt to change.  Saturdays, Sundays and evenings may be required.

Part-Time Teller

First Bank of Manhattan is currently searching for Part-Time Tellers who are available weekends and evenings.  Duties include, but are not limited to, receiving deposits for credit to customers’ deposit and loan accounts (personal and commercial), verifying cash withdrawals and signature endorsements within established limits and securing required approval as necessary, scanning daily work, balancing daily transactions, answering phones and opening new accounts.  In addition, tellers are responsible for ensuring quality customer service, maintaining acceptable teller difference records, and referring sales opportunities to the appropriate banking staff.  Tellers are required to perform other teller-related functions as assigned by supervisor and will be cross-trained to be able to assist customers with various banking products.  Please send inquiries or resumes to tellis@fnbmanhattan.com.
